We have invested heavily in the local economy by establishing a local manufacturing facility near Rifle using innovative technology in the home construction industry. This factory can supply other developers/builders in the future.

Our solution to the housing shortage
We go one step further with factory-controlled pre-fabrication of many of the components to frame the home. We also use an all-steel framing system manufactured in our factory. This controls the supply chain problem common with the home building industry.

Creating local jobs
By manufacturing prefabricated housing components at the local Factory, and hiring local subcontractors to assemble homes on-site. The team responsible for design, infrastructure construction, and surveying are all from the local area.
